With more than 50 years’ experience in the toolmaking industry, our team are completely focussed on fully understanding our customer’s requirements, ensuring we produce tools which produce the required part, at the best production cost.
Using the latest SolidWorks and Cimatron, 3D CAD design software we gather information for all elements of the tool design process, from generating 3D solid models to producing drawings for parts and assembly, BOM lists for materials ordering and CAM information for CNC manufacture. Our CAD software accepts and interprets all commonly used industry standard CAD data allowing us to work directly with you models.
Our designers produce initial tooling designs which are reviewed, adjusted and enhanced before a final design is agreed, approved and converted into a complete working design with all information detailed and ready for materials ordering and efficient part manufacture.

Every successful project starts with a clear brief. Once it’s fully understood by our toolmaking experts, we analyse the form and function. From this we develop the initial tooling concept ready to allow us to address every critical feature.
Design & Modelling
After agreeing any adjustments or modifications, we begin to create the final approved working 3D design – detailing every feature required to efficiently and confidently enter the manufacturing process.
Assembly & Production
Using the latest 3D manufacturing techniques we produce the high accuracy components required. Following accurate assembly the tools tested to ensure the required specification is achieved.
