Each and every press tool part and component is produced and finished to exact dimensions and tolerances thanks to our dedicated inspection and quality control department.
Our QCT Quantum CMM machine is linked directly to our design office, enabling us to import data from CAD and measure parts in full 3D and determine the relationship between the co-ordinates of the “real life” part and the master model.
From this we can then produce detailed inspection reports ready for quality control sign off.
Another service provided due to the technology used is the ability to reverse engineer older parts or products without drawings on the CMM machine.
Even if a part is broken or partially missing we are still able to extract very accurate 3D data. From this data we can construct new CAD models and produce new drawings ready for re-manufacture.

Design & Modelling
After agreeing any adjustments or modifications, we begin to create the final approved working 3D design – detailing every feature required to efficiently and confidently enter the manufacturing process.
Assembly & Production
Using the latest 3D manufacturing techniques we produce the high accuracy components required. Following accurate assembly the tools tested to ensure the required specification is achieved.
